Please read these terms carefully before using CoinAIfy.

By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by them.

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and CoinAIfy ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the CoinAIfy mobile application ("App") and any related services.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms incorporate Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) where applicable. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall prevail with respect to usage on Apple devices.

2 Description of Service

CoinAIfy is an advanced AI-powered iOS application that allows users to identify, grade, and estimate the market value of coins and banknotes by photographing them. The App provides:

3 Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Subscription Plans

CoinAIfy offers the following subscription options, all processed through the Apple App Store:

Prices are in USD and may vary by region based on Apple's pricing tiers. The price displayed in the App at the time of purchase is the price you will be charged.

3.2 Free Trial

New users may be offered a 2-day or 10 scans free trial, whichever comes first, with full access to all premium features. The trial begins when you select a subscription plan. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected subscription will begin automatically and your Apple ID account will be charged.

3.3 Auto-Renewal

Monthly and Annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase with no renewal.

3.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → CoinAIfy. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until that date. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.

3.5 Restore Purchases

If you have previously purchased a subscription or lifetime access, you can restore it on a new device by tapping Settings → Restore Purchases within the App while signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

3.6 Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly.

4 AI Valuations — Important Disclaimer

The AI identification and valuation system is designed to provide helpful estimates based on visible condition and publicly available pricing data. However:

For accurate valuations, authentication, or grading for commercial purposes, always consult a professional numismatist or submit items to a professional grading service such as PCGS or NGC (coins) or PMG (banknotes).

We are not liable for any financial loss, missed opportunity, or other damages arising from reliance on AI-generated valuations or identifications.

5 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

6 Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, AI models, text, graphics, logos, and all other content, is owned by CoinAIfy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

You retain ownership of any photographs you take using the App. By submitting images for AI processing, you grant us a temporary, limited licence to process those images solely for the purpose of providing identification results. We do not claim ownership of your images and do not retain them after processing.

7 Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary: scan images are processed in memory and never stored; your collection data is saved locally on your device only; location data is used only for the dealer finder and is not retained. See the full Privacy Policy for details.

8 Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own terms and privacy policies:

9 Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. In such jurisdictions, the above exclusions apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR ANY OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $10 USD IF YOU HAVE NOT MADE ANY PAYMENTS.

These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CoinAIfy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

12 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the App at any time. To cancel your subscription, follow the cancellation instructions in Section 3.4. Uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections 4, 6, 9, 10, 11, and 14 of these Terms survive termination.

13 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide notice within the App or via the email address associated with your Apple ID (if available).

Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App and cancel any active subscription.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. If this waiver is found unenforceable, the class action or class arbitration shall be severed from these Terms and resolved separately.
