📸 Getting the best scan results
Place your coin or banknote on a flat, non-reflective surface. Use good lighting — natural daylight works best. Centre the item in the frame and hold the camera steady before tapping the shutter. Avoid shadows and glare.
💳 Managing your subscription
Open the app, go to Settings → Manage Subscription to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel. You can also manage your subscription directly in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
🔄 Restoring a previous purchase
If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, go to Settings → Restore Purchases to recover your subscription. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

How accurate is the AI identification?
CoinAIfy uses a multimodal AI model trained on a wide range of coins and banknotes. Accuracy is high for common issues but may vary for rare, damaged, or heavily worn items. Always verify high-value identifications with a professional numismatist.
Are market values guaranteed?
Market value estimates are AI-generated approximations based on publicly available pricing data. They are provided for reference only and do not constitute a professional appraisal or guarantee of sale price.
Is my data private?
Images are sent to our server over HTTPS solely to generate the identification result and are not stored after analysis. No personally identifiable information is transmitted. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Does the app work offline?
An internet connection is required to perform AI identification. Your saved collection is stored locally on your device and is accessible offline.
How do I delete my collection data?
Go to Settings → Collection and tap Clear All Data. This permanently removes all saved items from your device. Alternatively, deleting and reinstalling the app will also clear all local data.
What is the free trial?
New users receive a 2-day or 10 scans free trial with full access to all features. No payment is required to start the trial. After the trial ends, you will be prompted to choose a subscription plan to continue using the app.
